Facility Decontamination/Decommissioning

The sale, transfer, re-establishment, or closure of industrial facilities can be an extensive process. Many times, unexpected and serious issues arise during clean-up (e.g. leaks, contamination, buried/unknown drums, etc.), which must be addressed quickly and effectively. Our broad capabilites allow us to deal with large projects of this scope, including:

  • High pressure water and/or steam cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, etc.
  • Cleanup/disposal of contaminated concrete, wood, surrounding soil, etc.
  • Certified to treat/remove most hazardous and non-hazardous substances
  • Oils, solvents, PCBs, paint, acid, lead, metal shavings

Depending on the requirements of the job, we will supply any necessary certification to meet sale/transfer criteria.
Confined Space Entry

We are fully certified to provide any and all types of confined space entry. All onsite personnel are OSHA trained and complete extensive training specific to confined space entry for most any use, including:

  • Tank removal
  • Tanker pumpouts
  • Large pipe/tank cleaning/installation/removal
Hydroblasting Services

We offer a wide range of hydroblasting services using state of the art equipment and engineered processes to effectively and efficiently clean all types of equipment in a safe and timely manner. Many of the processes we use are automated, reducing the risk to personnel and limiting prep work for our customers.

  • Automated tank and vessel cleaning

Industrial Lagoon Maintenance and Closure

Industrial lagoons often require a specific set of capabilites, equipment, and experience. We are able to provide a number of different services in this area, including:

  • Complete lagoon closure services, including dredging, sludge removal, drainage, fill-in, and installation of vegetative cover
  • Removal of sediment to restore capacity
  • De-watering to either remove unwanted water or compact/solidify sediment
