Description:
Position requires experience with managing departmental responsibilities and developing income-producing opportunities in the environmental and industrial services industry. Possessing knowledge of such services, including but not limited to: cleanup of environmentally impacted sites, managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams, erosion control, excavation, transportation, remediation, hydro blasting, and industrial clean up are a must.
This position will be responsible for the start up and development of a sales department consisting of 3-5 personnel and will include developing policies and procedures as they pertain to sales, recruiting and supervising subordinate sales positions, and creating a department business plan and budget.
